That is the cover general contractors and property managers need to see, and without it nobody gets through the gate. We have worked as a subcontractor to a general contractor as well as directly for the end client, so the paperwork side is familiar rather than something we are figuring out on your programme.
Commercial work to date includes an Ulta Beauty store and Heights Wellness Retreat in the Charlotte area.
Nights and weekends, by arrangement
A trading restaurant or a retail unit cannot lose a day, so the install happens when the doors are shut. Our office hours are Mon–Sat 9am–6pm and out-of-hours work is scheduled per project rather than run as a standing second shift — tell us the window and we will tell you whether it is enough.
Timelines are the other half of it. An accent wall takes from three hours and a room is usually a day, which is what lets us commit to a specific overnight rather than a vague week.
Commercial materials are priced as commercial materials
Contract-grade wallcoverings need double-cut seams and a different technique from a residential install, so they sit above the base rate of $2.50–3.00 per square foot rather than being quietly absorbed into it. Ceilings run $4.00–5.00 per square foot with a surcharge for height, and removal starts at $3.00.
We prime where the substrate needs it and do not skim coat or level walls. On a fit-out that matters: if a wall is coming to us out of tolerance, it is better raised at tender than on the night before opening. Wallpaper is the only thing this business does, and has been since 2016.

What does wallpaper installation cost?
Most wallpaper installation runs $2.50–3.00 per square foot. Ceilings are $4.00–5.00. Removal starts at $3.00. Minimum job is $200.
Nobody else in Charlotte publishes their rates. We do, because you deserve to know before you call. The final number is set after measuring.
